Ryan Leslie - How It Was Supposed to Be (video 2)

R-Les debuted the second version (of 3) of the video for his song How It Was Supposed To Be. This version is kind of...cheesy. It doesn't really seem to match the song at all.

He's back at it again!

Ryan Leslie is back at it again and has just re-launched www.ryanleslie.com. With the new site, R-Les plans to give us "the most unprecedented on-line campaign anyone has ever seen in history". The new site features Facebook connectivity, which is pretty cool.
"I’ve watched labels and artists take advantage of the blueprint that I laid out in 2005 on ns4life.com and I’m happy to see that some have enjoyed incredible success with that model. Somehow, no-one’s been able to do it like we do it at NextSelection…you know, daily video updates from the artist. I stress DAILY, VIDEO, and ARTIST. That’s why I’m back to do it the way it’s supposed to be done."
To kick things off, he's posted a new video for a song called I Know What You Like. This song is incredible!

Ryan Leslie has finally released another video on his YouTube channel. Apparently, there's been a lotta leaked songs from his album hitting the internet so he decided to revamp them in the studio so that the final album versions will be fresh. Smart idea. Also, R-Les is pushing the release of his album back until February so that he can gain more exposure on the charts before the album drops. This guy is gonna be the next big thing, so do your part and spread the word!

I've also included a video for the song I-R-I-N-A. In my last Ryan Leslie post, this was the first song that he was working on in the studio when Ant Boogie walked in. Pretty dope.

Super-producer Ryan Leslie has finally released videos for his single Addiction. I've also included the video of him creating the song in his studio. This guy blows me away every time he's in the studio. It's a shame that he's still working with Cassie, because her lack of vocal talent is always overshadowed by his production on her songs. I have the feeling that she'll be the next artist to join the Auto-tune fad in her music (i.e. Ciara, Rihanna, Kanye). To be honest, I think that the only reason she's still in the music industry is because she's a pretty, marketable face. Granted...a very, very pretty face.
